Abs. You won't get them from doing 1000000 crunches. Your body fat percentage needs to be low enough that they show through-I don't know what my body fat percentage is so don't ask. I don't weight or track my food or body but rather go by how I feel and how my clothes fit. You can decrease your body fat with a combo of diet and exercise. There is no magic pill or top secret ninja leg raise ?. I actually rarely ever work my abs and instead focus on keeping my core tight in movements, workouts and posture throughout the day!
