Just call me a gymnast ?Today I practiced my headstands, a whole new form of training for me, and I managed to smoothly transition from crow pose to a headstand to a forward roll! I then held a headstand for 30 seconds straight! ? I know to some of you this will be nothing, but it's SO exciting and satisfying for me. I am really enjoying learning new skills and pushing my body out of its comfort zone! @mikeleept I hope you're proud of my progress ??
