MY FIRST HEADSTAND! ?? It might not be much to some, but to me this is SO exciting! ? The gymnastics wizard @mikeleept took me through a session at @perpetuafitness based around handstands, headstands and levers. It was super tough and totally out of my comfort zone. I have never done anything like that before, but I loved it. I think it is so important in fitness to get comfortable with being uncomfortable; and to embrace challenges! I was determined to get a headstand and after many failures I finally did! Here is one of them! It isn't technically perfect but I am pretty damn proud of myself.
