📍Day 1: Motivated No matter what stage of your journey you're currently on, I'm sure you've gone through this before: You work your ass off for a few months. You've been keeping "falling off" to a minimum- maybe a cheat meal or an off day here and there, but overall you've been consistent. And the results? They're coming in nicely. Then, for no apparent reason, you fall off completely. And the results that took you a solid quarter to achieve are gone within 10 days. (🙄*eyeroll) I have not been consistent for the past month or so. All of the traveling mixed with a lack of personal motivation have plagued me and my body. I don't push myself in my workouts, I'm not inspired to meal prep or even count my macros like I should be, and I haven't been focusing my time and energy towards my health- body and mind. The results, as you can see, are lack luster. I guess that's what I get. But today, I woke up with more motivation to make a change than I have in months. So today, I've decided, is Day 1. I'm going to be doing the Fit and Thick workouts in the app 5 days a week and I'm going to meal prep to meet my macros. I'll also be stretching daily and meditating before bed. No crazy cuts or diets, just getting back to the routine that I know feeds my body and soul. I'm sharing this with you to show you that everyone has those moments when we fall off and struggle with getting back on. I'm showing you this because, if you need it, and if you've been waiting for a kick in the ass from something or someone, today is also your DAY 1. - My team, I'm calling you out!
