When you have 100g of carbs left for the day, you make banana ice cream. ?
My little sister @noelle_m put me on to banana ice cream, and now I'm putting you on!
You can tweak the amount of bananas you add to lessen the carbs. Even if you make this with one banana, it works!
Ingredients:
• 243 grams of ripe banana (equivalent to about 2.5 bananas)
• 1 frozen @nativoacai packet
• 1.5 scoops of plant based protein powder (my collar with @nfsports_ is coming soon!)
• 1 Tbsp of @navitasnaturals cacao powder
• .5 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Pulse the ingredients in a blender or ninja/nutribullet until they are a smooth consistency. (DONT over blend! Keep those nutrients in tact?)

Top with your favorite granola, fruit, nuts, or spices!
