If you stop watering a flower, would you expect a garden in return?

The same principle applies to our body and mind. A lack of 'watering', metaphorical for any practice you seek value from, will not beget promise. It's easy to agree with practices that encompass mental, physical, and spiritual growth, but seeking a high off of sole appreciation does not transfer to your own growth.

So, I challenge you: rather than "goals"-ing people for their physiques, ambitions, value-based ethics, go above and beyond. "Goals" yourself! Praises are respectful, self-initiation is impactful.
