Tried my hand at tying an emergency tourniquet using an ordinary belt at the official launch of the #SGSecure movement this morning. My thanks to @myscdf officers WO2 Jonathan Wang for his clear instructions, and LCP Iskandar Shah for being my “severely bleeding” victim!
#SGSecure is our nationwide response to the terrorist threat. Government measures against terrorism alone are not enough. The SGSecure movement will teach you the skills you need, and enable each of us to protect ourselves, our families, and Singapore.
