Celebrated Telok Kurau Primary School’s 90th anniversary yesterday together with students, teachers, parents, and alumni. They performed a musical journey, that told the school’s history through the eyes of a former teacher.

The musical, “My Telok Kurau, My Home”, was an inspiring tale of resilience. Starting with a basic wooden building in a coconut plantation, it is now a modern school with excellent facilities, including an indoor sports hall.

My father studied there in the 1930s. One of his classmates was at the musical last night, a spry 94-year-old!
