The Terminal Tower, a 52-story office building that has been a signature of Cleveland’s skyline since it opened in 1930. The building is being converted into 300 apartments by one of northeast Ohio’s largest apartment owners. After decades of decline, Cleveland is emerging as one of the country’s principal centers of biomedical innovation and development. And in the leadup to the @gopconvention, which Cleveland is hosting this week, the city has been revitalizing. But it is also home to crushing poverty.
