As Republicans prepare for this week’s @gopconvention in Cleveland and #Democrats ready themselves for the @demconvention in Philly, we sent 2 photographers out to explore both convention cities. Although Philadelphia’s rising population has been pointed to as a sign of its comeback, some say neighborhoods outside the downtown have continued to regress.
