"5 meals a day will make me fat, I know my body if I eat all this food ll gain weight" I hear this all the time and it's so crazy to me. This is me a few years ago pre-pregnancy eating 5 meals a day and training consistently. Can you lose weight eating food yes you can. The worst thing you can do to your body is not eat enough. The mentality of 2 meals a day needs to go it's time to retrain your brain. This is a process and it takes time just trust me. I'll get you there.
