Determination- Today I want to address determination. I've seen a few messages talking about I got the workout but I could barely get through it or I couldn't finish it and it got me thinking, I'm doing the workouts with you and I've come to the point where I refuse to quit it's not an option. I've said this before I've had times where I'm crying in the gym or I walk out just to walk back in after a few minutes. I've argued with my trainer about what I think I can do and what he knows I can do. The problem is most of you "think" you can't do it but you can. Your not too tired you just let your mind find an excuse to quit. Your body can do it if you tell your mind to stop getting in the way. I straight challenge with that little voice that says stop its too much we can't do this. My body says watch us and I always finish my workouts. I may roll my eyes and give @artortiz3 dirty looks but I finish it and I'm grateful he made me go through it. When something gets hard don't quit! I dare you to take a little pain I dare you to finish this, stop saying I tried a million things nothing works. It does work but you have to give it all your effort put your heart into it. Be honest with yourself are you really giving it your all? Are you giving it 100%? Go through it, unless you pass out, puke, or die you keep going. Body building is hard were building muscle like some men build arms were building ass muscle ladies. It's not easy but how bad do you want it? Remember at the end of pain is success nothing good ever comes easy. That's what makes it so good you know "I worked for this" and it wasn't easy you sweat and maybe cried but you still finished it. I've been doing it for years because I want it. I can control how my body looks but it's not easy. Just go through it with me let's finish this together.
