Let's #flaahbackfriday to some posing practice at Hardcore Gym this was a few weeks out of my first show. I was very lean here but not dried out yet (where I get smaller) my weigh was close to 130. Even at 130 I am on the thicker side for #bikini division, my height it 5' 3". Posing is extremely importing when competing something that gets easily overlooked. I worked hard and I did win overall in my division on my first show. I was proud of the package I brought to stage. I learned posing from @hardcorenadia @ifbbprochristie and Kim Oddo who prep me for this show of @bodybyo
