@adeenasussman back for day 2 of #FRtakeover, today from Tel Aviv! Friday here is like Saturday elsewhere, not a workday per se but still busy with errands, market shopping. Then you stop for a bit for Shakshuka, a dish with Tunisian roots: eggs simmered in tomato sauce and/or peppers and spicy stuff. This one added feta cheese. Creativity is welcome. A slice of bread, a cafe hafuch (literally "upside down coffee" because of the proportions of milk to coffee, kinda like a latte) some tahini and house made olives...and you're good to go. Breatheeeeee.
