Try this split squat variation! It burns so bad!! I added the front raise for some extra work :) bringing the bar down to your ankle will keep you in your heels and sitting back. If the bar hits your knee on the way up or down then you are leaning forward too much. Keep your shoulders back and core tight! Try 12 reps on each side! I paired this exercise with walking lunges.
