#PracticePracticePractice Day 26. Last few hours in the Philippines and I'm about to get on my mat. It's been amazing. On the way to Jakarta today. I love taking fun photos like this. Where should I go in Jakarta? But... Remember this: it's not about the photo, it's about getting on your mat every single day, the good and the bad, in amazing locations and cramped spaces. Consistent practice over many years is the key to success in yoga. When you see any my posts remember that I've been practicing for over sixteen years. Nothing was easy for me at the start. And I know if I could do it so can you, you just need a small kernel of faith big enough to believe in yourself, in your worthiness, in your potential and the determination to get on the mat everyday. Then the gift of yoga is yours. ?
