Loosing weight with taste! That's how I roll. My current goal is to get back my muscles and lean out at the same time. You think it's impossible? It is very possible. The key is in right nutrition and training plan tailored according to your goals. Right now I'm going to say few words about about my diet. I'm currently eating MORE than I had been eating before. But I eat only clean food and being very consistent with my training. I'm currently seating on 5 meals a day, each meal has lean protein ( chicken, shrimp, fish, lean turkey etc) , each meal has 200-300 gr of veggies, 3 meals out of 5 has complex carbs, such as ( oats, rice, whole wheat bread, sweet potato), 3 meals out 5 Has healthy fats ( coconut oil, avocado, fatty fish, egg yolks). I also eat 2-3 fruits a day, didn't count those from my diet and don't recommend to ever do this, unless you are on contest prep. I had been counting my macros for years, getting ready for competition and maintaining my physique afterwords. Tight no I just use intuitive eating. I approximately now my daily macros. When I train heavy I increase my carbs intake by 30-40 gr, when I do intensity training, cardio, Ploymetric, I cut carbs a bit, but I still have good amount of carbs every day, roughly 150-190 gr , this amount allowed my body to lean out, yet I have lots of energy to workout and to lift heavy and to get my conditioning back. You have to remember, that training is as much important as your diet. Your training routing has to be designed according to your current goal and your diet. These two are inseparable, just as much as you can't outtrain bad diet, you can't get results just using proper diet without training at all. My current meal plan is working for me very well, but it might not be working for someone else, please keep this in mind, I'm just sharing my experience with you, your body is different and you might need different approach to achieve your goal.
