Cable knee-tuck push-ups. I love these! I do 10 knee tucks on each side which equals out to being 20 push ups total. You can modify the push up by lowering to your knee and still keeping the leg that is attached to the cable elevated. When you reach the top of the push up rise to a plank and bring your cable knee to your chest! You don't need to add a lot of weight at all. Engage your core by sucking your belly button to your spine.
