Here is a great way to make your shoulders cry ? I do this right before my finishing set for shoulders! I don't take any breaks between the two. 12 forward presses right into 12 rear delt flys! Some important things to remember while doing the forward presses are: keep a 90 degree angle on the pull back, keep your elbows up and parallel to the ground and get a complete forward extension on the press!
