Presented 196 public servants with the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) yesterday. I chatted with them and their family members after the Investiture Ceremony.
One of them was Colonel Loh Kong Wai and his son, Chung Kit, who took time off his exam preparations to support his dad. Chung Kit brought along a Polaroid camera and we had fun taking pictures together with it. I got to keep one. :) - LHL (MCI Photo by Terence Tan)
