Hi everyone! I'm Deana Saukam (@faimfatale) and I'll be taking over the FR instagram account for the next few days while I'm in Hong Kong. These are Biang Biang noodles in a spicy chili sauce with spare ribs from Yau Yuen Siu Tsui. This noodle is actually one very very long (like 5+ feet long) continuous strip of noodle, described to me as a "belt." Yau Yuen Siu Tsui is a small shop that specializes in Shaanxi cuisine and is the only place in HK where you can find Biang Biang noodles. Really delicious. #faimfatale #FRTakeover #HongKong
