Try adding this move to your leg/glute workouts ? It's a single leg squat to a box/bench and it's MUCH harder than it looks - it is a killer for your quads, hammies and glutes. I use a bench because I'm 6 foot 2, but it would be too high for a lot of people - for those of you who are shorter than me (99% of the you ?) I recommend using a lower box. Just sit down on it, lift one leg off the floor and stand up using the other leg alone. Lower yourself back to the bench with control. At the top be sure to squeeze your glutes ?
