3 of today's 5 meals: BBQ rump beef with lentils and veggies, lean turkey bolognese with pasta and veggies, and chicken quinoa salad? I'm trying out a service called @freshfitnessfood this week - I've given them my macros as designated by my coach @alexjamesritson and they send me 3 meals and 2 (big!) snacks fresh every day which meet these. I've already demolished my morning veggie frittata and sweet potato and it was yummy so I'm excited for the rest of today's meals ?? #girlgains #fffood
