Carey Mulligan and Bradley Cooper, Oscar-nominated film stars, are now both @thetonyawards nominees. @benjaminnorman, who photographed the pair at The New York Times studio, took this #portrait about midway through the shoot. By then, he said, the actors had loosened up a bit. Bradley snuck behind Carey and peeked over her shoulder, eliciting laughter from the crew working on the shoot. “These two have probably been photographed a lot more than I've ever photographed people,” @benjaminnorman said. “They’re in photo shoots all the time. I think Bradley maybe had the sense that we were looking for a bit more.”
