When @heislerphoto visited last week, he photographed men celebrating after six police officers were charged in Freddie Gray’s death. He took portraits of Freddie Gray’s friends, parents taking their kids to school and families waiting in line for food distribution at a church. Members of the community were going about their daily lives, he said, but bracing for more unrest.
