Being sick has its benefits, it's no fun of course, but today I had to cancel all my clients and stay home. So I have all day for myself and lots of time to read, rest and cook ? This was my breakfast - Strawberry/ Coconut cheese crepes ? Sooooo good!!! For crepes I used 2 eggs 2 Tbl spoons oat flour 2 tbls spoons Fitnes fiber 1/3 cup almond milk 1/3 scoop Tri Celle Casein from @optimumnutrition Baking powder Mix all ingredients together and pan roast with coconut oil cooking spray For filling 1/2 cup non fat farmer cheese 1 tbl spoon unsweetened coconut flakes 2 tbl spoons of almond milk Liquid coconut Stivea Fresh strawberries cut Mix it well with fork Fill up every crepe with the filling and serve with fresh berries I also put some protein glaze on top 2 tbl spoons of almond milk+ 1 tbl spoon Gold Standard Whey Protein from @optimumnutrition + 1 tbl spoon Tri Celle Casein from @optimumnutrition You can place them in a fridge for 30 min , they will taste even better! ????????????????????????????
