Today my leg day (focused on quads) went something like this!?

6 sets normal stance squats

4 sets front squats

3 sets sumo squats on smith machine

5 sets of leg press I was already fatigued!??

3 sets hack squats

3 sets of leg extensions 3 drops sets until burn out and failure!?

Most of my reps go from 12-15 reps or until failure!
