#Repost #Motivation My journey as a bikini competitor has been a crazy one to say the least, but it's been worth it every step of the way.

Through this journey I have gained self confidence, the ability to accept myself, different aspects of business, and the most rewarding of them all, how to inspire others. -

I was once starting out just like anyone else in the fitness industry. I found comfort in working hard and proving to myself I was worth it. I have always believed in taking my own path in this industry and stayed true to who I was. Never do I follow the crowd or listen to others. I've stayed strong in my own path even through all the obstacles and pure pressure.

Having character and integrity is where my heart is at and it's here it will stay. The fact that I've stayed true to myself makes me that much more proud of the woman I am today.

3 years ago I was working 3 jobs and 7 days a week. I was lost mentally and emotionally and living pay check to pay check. My upbringing was not the easiest but I hear to many people complain about their past. Honestly I wouldn't trade my past for anything because all those struggles have brought out all of my strengths and made me the woman I am today.

Having 30 bikini shows under my belt and being on the Olympia stage twice not only says a lot about me as a competitor but as an individual and my work ethic. -

I had a dream to one day be a fitness icon and an Olympian athlete. Now that I've achieved both of those dreams my dreams are only getting bigger. Always work hard and stand true to yourself no matter what and you will reach your dreams too.

I can't tell you how many people told me I would never succeed. But I was on a mission not to prove them wrong. I was on a mission to be my best self and that's what I strive for ever single day.

If you can believe it you can achieve it. My best moments are yet to come. -
