I've been back at it for 1 week and have never felt better! I needed the break from the gym not physically but mainly mentally to keep my balance.?

Destroyed my legs today!?? I have such a love hate relationship with leg days!? But I love every second of it! The gym is my therapy and my stress relief everyday!?
