A mural by the pseudonymous #graffiti artist #Dolk spans the smooth concrete wall of an exercise yard at Norway’s Halden Fengsel, which is often called the world’s most humane maximum-security prison. In #Norway, every building receiving public money is required to house some sort of public art — a provision that, as seen here, extends even to prisons.
