Had a great 1,5 hours workout, feeling amazing and ready to start my busy day with clients and business meetings ? I'm currently on my reverse flexible diet and I love it Got up to 1500 kcka, 140 gr carbs, 42 gr fats, 140 gr protein and planing to increase my carb and fats intake with every week. I feel full of energy, my workouts are very intense, my sleep is getting to normal again. It is vomit easy to get out of competition diet and keep restricting yourself even though you know that the contest is behind you and all you wanna do is eat all this delicious food out there, but remember, your health is first and it's better to take it easy and slowly come back to your balanced diet.
