If anyone knows a better way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon, I'd say you're lying ????? Froyo time is happy time? I still remember how difficult it was to have froyo for the first time in recovery. I'd measure it out a billion times at the cashier to make sure I met the exact grams?, then I'd take out my pre-measured toppings I brought from home to finish off my so called "cheat meal"?⚠️These distorted thinking patterns kept me sick and limited my recovery for years.? Today, I couldn't give a single ? ? I don't believe in rule books when it comes to nutrition?I also don't believe in categorizing food as good/bad or clean/dirty?when we start labelling food in such a way, we begin to see food in such a dichotomous manner, so much that we'll restrict, avoid, or fear types of food due to a belief system based on distortions and misconceptions.
Today, I believe in BALANCE? I believe in listening to my body and honouring it to the very core? When it comes to food, there is no such thing as cheating ✋?
nourishing your body and mind should be seen as anything but that ?? Happy Sunday! ?
