These past couple of days, I have been overwhelmed with love and support from the Quest team and community. In recognition of NEDA week, I was blessed with the opportunity to share my story with you all, and the response has been indescribable.

Your support is invaluable, and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ #teamquest #onaquest ---- Recovery wasn’t easy, far from it. But don’t let the process discourage you. Let it inspire you. Celebrate every step of the way towards a life of well-intended healing and greater purposes.
Words can never conceptualize the immense strength I feel today, and the scale will never be able to depict the inner transition of my healing. I have overcome this inner battle, and the space where anorexia once took up is now filled with love, wellness, and mental fortitude. I hope to represent to you all the authentic beauty of recovery. It is not only possible and deserved, but so, so worth it.
May you reach beyond your limits, and stretch farther than any doubt you may have.
May constraints be starved and your strengths be magnified.
