Seeing mistakes as opportunities for growth is key to me. I am not one that is at all effected by constructive criticism- coming from a background in gymnastics- hearing that something was "good" was a rare occassion & that is the way i like it in weightlifting as well. I want to stay hungry. My coach does an awesome job at this balance.
