My coaches both have told me in the past that "weightlifting is not sexy" - you can not dress it up and add fancy new tricks and expect it to be better. If you want to get better.... The basics. The mundane. The light weights. Chase perfection. You can pull heavy all day long- but if that pull can not be transferred over to look exactly like your pull in the full lift.... You essentially- are just wasting your time. Very pleased with my first training session back last night. @edword92
