So excited to get my hands on a barbell this afternoon! Will be focusing on back strength tonight whoohoo. My knee is feeling FANTASTIC today after my latest session with Collette (my #wcw) at Georgia Sports Massage. She hurts & leaves bruises, but is so effective and knowledgeable and has experience working with Olympic level athletes. I am so grateful to have met these wonderful people through this injury that are now a part of my team- it has been a blessing to unveil weak areas and things in my mobility that needed addressed to get me to continue to move forward in my career.
