Pancake time!
Post cardio low carb Energized Protein Pancake! Pay attention to the flavor ??? Cinnabon Roll (!!!) You tell me healthy eating and even low carb diet can't be full of flavors ? Here is the recipe
2 scoops Protein Energy
1 whole egg
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 tbl spoon Coconut Flour
1 tbl spoon Flexseed meal
2 tbl spoons Fitness Fiber
1/2 spoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
Blend it all in a magic bullet and pan roast with coconut oil spray for 30 sec from each side It is really good!
