This is How I cook my green veggies
I make my broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, green beans like this all the time!
It's very easy, not time consuming at all and they taste delicious !
Preheat the skillet till very Hot.
Wash and cut your veggies medium size, I usually cut Brussels Sprouts in a half.
Place all veggies in a skillet and cover with lead, keep the heat high. No Oil! Roast your veggies like this for 10 min, but don't forget to stir every minute or so, then lower the heat, add chopped garlic, Italian seasoning ( sodium free) , chopped parsley, sesame seeds or some shredded almonds ( if desired) , cook for 15 more min with low heat. Then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 min or so.
I like my veggies little burnt and I also add some red pepper or cayenne pepper ( like it spicy ?) This is very simple way to cook your veggies, yet, they come out very delicious! ? Recommended by #Anyastar
