So you all saw some of our photos from the cruise. But you saw only one side of this trip, here is the other one :) As you know we are both prepping for the Arnold Classic 2015, as we are both competing this year, so with this being said we are on PREP! But you also know that we love to travel and we don't want to miss out any opportunity to get a small vacation even if we are currently getting ready for the show. So this is how our day looked like 7:30 am morning cardio on the running track ( we both did sprints, then steady state cardio, I added ploys and more sprints ? Breakfast - always special order for us During the day: excursions, beach, lunch, second lunch ( all for special order) 4:30 pm - lifting session at the gym 6:30 pm dinner ( again special order , have to say our dinner server hated us and I have to admit it was mutual.) 8:30- Broadway show/ comedy show 10:30 - well you know ❤️ 11:30-12 sleepy time During the while time I had few glasses of wine, Anton didn't drink at all, we had few cheat meals ( yeas, sometimes we eat regular food ?) And believe it or not we did like our vacation a lot, we didn't feel restricted, we weren't sad that we missed some late night parties. Yes, I have to admit I really wanted to try every single desert on the menu and sometimes was felt little upset that I couldn't ( I did try some, hehe) I am also not saying that not everyone should be be spending their vacation like this, not at all! This is our choice, this is our lifestyle and we like it and we leave like this. I also wish we wouldn't be on prep and could've relaxed little more, not nesseserily working out twice a day for a example, BUT we have goal, we are dedicated and we are striving to succeed. And there is no success without sacrifices, struggling, limitations and discipline. If you won't stick to your goals you won't achieve them ever. So if you have a goal, there is shouldn't be any excuses for you, because it's all in our head! In fact, we can do everything! ?
