While you were sleeping ? OMG, you guys have no idea what did we have to go though for the past 3 days! We were suppose to be home on Sunday, today is Wednesday and we are still on the road! Due to the weather condition out flight was delayed for three days! We couldn't get out of Krasnodar to make our flight to NY. Good thing is that we spent more time with my family, but we had to change our tickets and pay fees for that, even though it wasn't our fault! The Aeroflot company has the worst customer service ever! We were never informed about delay, they only had one representative at the airport, while 70 pole were waiting on the line to exchange tickets, no one provided any information and on top of everything we were charges extra! To get back home we had to get new tickets! Thank you @aeroflot for the greatest service ever! If you guys ever see this company, make sure you will never fly with these airlines! Stay away from them!

Нам потребовалось три дня чтобы улетет из Краснодара. Из-за сильного тумана все рейсы были отменены, аэропорт заработал толко во вторник, хотя в воскресенье мы уже должны были быть дома. Замечательная компания Аэрофлот ни разу не уведомила нас об отмене наших рейсов, не предоставила никакой информации и брала с нас штраф каждый раз когда нам приходилось менять билет в Нью-Йорк из Москвы, так как мы не богом добраться до Москвы чтобы вылететь. Даже несмотря на то что оба рейса были компанией Аэрофлот, они все равно требовали деньги при каждой обмене билета. Для того, чтобы вернуться нам пришлось купить новые билеты! Друзья. Не летайте компанией Аэрофлот, это очень непрофессиональные люди и сервис у них просто ужасен! @aeroflot .
