I love adding these babies to my morning exercise routine! ? a couple of my fave little exercises to target those ?glutes

Alternate Left and Right sides on each exercise?
?20x Full leg lifts (toe to ground then lift)
?20x Leg lift pulses (small lower + lift)
?20x Bent leg lifts

Tip❗️Rest on your elbows to reduce the arch in your lower back. ♻️Repeat this circuit as many times as you like, I do 2⃣rounds in the morning
