What a great delight it was to discover the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. All decked out for Christmas it's hard to imagine they actually ever debated tearing this Victorian splendor down. The Great Australian clock you see hanging there weighs four tons and is over 30 feet tall. It's got 33 scenes from Australian history, including one of a prisoner being flogged on the beach!
