A: The ability to search by hashtag is one of the key features we love about Iconosquare. This allows us to see at a glance all the incoming posts focused on our brand name. From this data we can glean how often our fans associate the Pantone brand with the creative work they are producing. We also love the integration of Iconosquare and Hootsuite; this allows us to quickly check in on our Instagram account from one online interface. ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? A: We track the main indicators of social media success such as likes earned and fans gained. In addition we measure our influence on Instagram based on how many people are tagging us in their posts. We gather weekly and monthly stats for all mentions using our main hashtags. For instance the hashtags #MakeItBrilliant, #FashionColorReport and #ColoroftheYear all correspond with our annual color trend initiatives.
