27 years ago, we opened the North-South Line – our first MRT line. Today, I was happy to break ground for two new stations on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), our sixth line.
For years, Lentor residents have relied on buses to get around. Kebun Baru residents have also hoped for more options for their daily commute. With the new Lentor and Mayflower MRT stations right on their doorstep, they can make direct trips to the city centre, and eastern parts of Singapore.
