Sprinting is one of the most effective ways to burn fat and requires absolutely no equipment. Try this sprint circuit that will take just under 15 minutes to complete but will have u dripping in sweat from head to toe!
You can do this outside or on a treadmill, just be sure that where ever u sprint, your going full force, 100% of your capacity during the "sprint phase". After you sprint, you will have a "recovery phase" where the heart rate will return back down to a slightly elevated rate.
