Warm Up:
Leg Extensions: - 3 x No Failure
Working Sets:
Squats - 4 x 8-10, 1:1:4
Front Squats - 3 x 10, 2:1:2
Superset:
Leg Extensions - 4 x 10-12, 1:1:4
Leg Press - 3 x 10-12, 2:1:2
Normal Sets:
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 4 x 8-10, 2:1:2
Superset:
DB Walking Lunges - 3 x 10 each leg, 1:0:1
Leg Curls 3 x 10, 1:1:4

Make sure you follow TEMPO (1:1:4 - 1 sec lifting the weight, 1 sec pause, 4 sec controlling the weight down) and be sure to make every rep count.....This session will only lead to one thing....Results! -
