From Skinny to Shredded?I haven't posted a transformation in ages and ran across this old photo so thought id share it with you guys?Around 5 years between pics and weighing around 9.5 stone in the first and just under 14 stone the second. It's all about being opened minded with training/dieting and learning your body...Be consistent and it becomes a whole lot easier when you make fitness into something you ENJOY rather than a chore?! #YouGotThis
