#latergram of last nights dinner: a HUGE salmon fillet topped with an Italian garlic and herb mix, with some courgette spaghetti ? To make my courgette spaghetti I use a julienne peeler to chop a courgette into thin slices, then pop these in boiling water for about 3 minutes until softened.
