#legday plus some #HIIT cardio. Had 4 plates on each side for leg press, 7 reps a set, which is a personal best for me. Wanted to do traditional squats but no squat racks open so I went with smith machine, narrow stance squats plus lunges. Also leg extensions and one legged leg press not shown.
