Watched by a crowd, a policeman tries to sort out a minor traffic collision in Beijing's southeastern outskirts. Beijing's traffic can be rather chaotic but its freewheeling ways also allow me to get around an electric scooter without a licence -- and sometimes on the pavement (with apologies to pedestrians!)
